McQUERTER SELECTED TO JOIN ELITE "GLOBALFLUENCY" NETWORK
— Cross-referrals between sister agencies assure Global 2000 clients of high-quality PR services in regional and remote markets —

— McQUERTER, Inc., a technology and life sciences PR/IR firm based in San Diego, announced that it has been selected for membership into GlobalFluency, a prestigious international network of independent technology-based PR and marketing firms.

Through cross-referrals to sister agencies, GlobalFluency assures multinational clients that they are receiving PR services from prescreened, highly competent PR shops that have a broad and deep understanding of technology. The consortium comprises 35 agencies in 44 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Middle East. GlobalFluency member firms generate tens of millions of dollars in fee billings from clients across the IT, communications, Internet and semiconductor sectors.

Differentiated on the basis of its unique operational structure, GlobalFluency delivers a higher level of expertise and value than large broad based international PR holding companies and informal alliance networks that lack a dedicated technology focus.

"Our selection criteria are quite stringent," noted Donovan Neale-May, founder and managing partner of GlobalFluency, based in Silicon Valley. "Our member firms have historically been the highest-rated independent tech firms within their market region. They also must be actively led by hands-on principals who are directly involved in their client accounts; they must exhibit a deep understanding of technology; and they must have a proven track record for getting results, based on fair-dealing and best practices. McQUERTER is outstanding in all three areas."

Neale-May said that a global management council represents the interests of member firms and provides for global knowledge exchange and cross-pollination of ideas, insights and strategies. Web-enabled collaborative work processes and shared best practices enhance the output of GlobalFluency members and optimize group synergy.

GlobalFluency eliminates the "group" overhead of big international firms as consortium members operate independently, with "lead" agencies managing administration and billing. In addition, clients have the flexibility to pick and choose partners regionally, not be locked into unqualified or under performing offices.
