Contact: Don is a senior member of the board of directors of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and key editorial contributor for the recently released book "The New Investor Relations." A frequent speaker and moderator for IR seminars conducted by NIRI and the Nasdaq Stock market, Allen is considered to be one of the pre-eminent authorities on financial communications best practices. Allen will be assisting McQUERTER in establishing financial disclosure programs for agency clients who are publicly held, as well as pre-IPO companies who seek to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and exchange-based Governance guidelines prior to issuing stock in the public equity markets. "Many small companies are struggling to provide the exhaustive documentation that recent new SEC statutes demand, yet without further burdening the enterprise with additional expenses," noted agency CEO Gregory McQuerter. "Don has developed corporate governance and disclosure-compliance programs for numerous small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring best-practices while limiting disclosure expense." Don also works with micro-, small- and mid-cap public companies to help them go beyond the tactical implementation of standard IR work to develop strategic programs that will help them enhance the company's valuation.
